so yesterday was the craziest day I have had since we decided to be a pop star :)

I am safe in Miami (ami ami!) as you noticed and I can’t wait to perform on Warped tomorrow in Miami. I am REALLY sad I missed the past two dates of tour… but I had some amazing opportunities come up that I couldn’t pass up and helped spread the perry infection to the world. Here is a taste of what yesterday was like… mind you our flight the night before didn’t get us into our beds until about 1:30 am and I started my drag queen make over at about 7am!  I was really happy with So You Think You Can Dance performance (not gonna lie… still had eye boogers in my eyes though) It’s the most challenging thing to sing in the morning for anyone, let alone pump around in one of my little short numbers… I was really happy with this though. That jumper was the tits! (definition: the best) It’s vintage… I’ma gonna start my own line one of these days… you all will look lolita after I’m finished with you! Ha!

I haven’t seen F N MTV yet… but I heard it was great and fun and the audience was AMAZING. I can’t believe people are so amazing. This morning I woke up to paparazzi in my face at LAX… (wtf) no wonder Posh Beckham struts the airports like she does… I guess I will never skip the option to fly with out a shower again. Life is crazy but the best and so happy I get to spend it all with you guys. I am glad to be on warped tour… it’s fucking the hardest thing I’ve done but I feel like if you really wanted to I could meet any of you at any time. I think that is key right now. People want to write pop new comers off as soon as they pop… but there’s no doubt in my mind I have just as my shin bumps and bruises over my legs from trying to scissor kick of the monitors as the last band before me. It’s weird, success… nothing has really changed much… I mean I get some free clothes and some things here and there… but really I don’t feel it in the moment, I feel it looking back. I am planting seeds everywhere I go and hopefully when I look back in the years I will see a beautiful history. My dad is loving it… he gets now what he likes to call “Perry Perks” ha. Love them. I can’t wait to do so many things… I have to go to bed sometime… The hotel is very sweet and comped me a massage in the morning before hair n makeup (I start international press tomorrow! YAAAAAAY) I wonder if I should stick with the swedish massage or just get the shit taken care of with the deep tissue?
